The Prosecutor Led Diversion Toolkit provides training and technical assistance for prosecutors regarding the planning, implementation, and evaluation of a prosecutor-led diversion program. To receive assistance, you must submit a brief request form online.

National American Indian Court Judges Association Tribal Civil and Criminal Legal Assistance Training and Technical Assistance (NAICJA's TCCLA)

The National American Indian Court Judges association provides this technical assistance. The NAICJA’s Tribal Civil and Criminal Legal Assistance TTA program increases and improves access to legal aid in Indian countries by providing TTA to develop and enhancing tribal justice systems. TCCLA assists in strengthening the capacity and the quality of indigent criminal defense services and defense strategies for tribal justice systems. Technical assistance is available to TCCLA grantees and sub-grantee legal aid organizations.
