This program supports prevention and early intervention services for girls who are at risk of, or are victims of, sex and/or labor trafficking. Services may be provided to girls and young women up to and including age 25.

Consideration of the unique needs of LGBTQI+ individuals is encouraged. Additionally, due to the high rates of trafficking reported among certain populations—specifically Native Hawaiian, American Indian/Alaska Native, Black, and Latino populations—organizations primarily serving these communities are encouraged to apply.
