The Improving Criminal Justice Responses to Domestic Violence, Dating Violence, Sexual Assault, and Stalking Grant Program encourages state, local, and tribal governments and courts to treat domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking as serious violations of criminal law requiring the coordinated involvement of the entire criminal justice system.

Eligible applicants are limited to: States; Indian Tribal governments; state and local courts (including juvenile courts); units of local government; state, tribal, or territorial domestic violence or sexual assault coalitions; or victim services providers in the United States or U.S. territories. Applicants are strongly encouraged to submit a non-binding Letter of Intent to OVW.IJCR@usdoj.gov by April 12, 2022. Interested applicants who do not submit a Letter of Intent are still eligible to apply.
