The Office for Victims of Crime will fund programs to enhance the quality and quantity of services available to assist minor victims of human trafficking, as defined by the Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000 (TVPA), as amended, by providing services that are developmentally appropriate and tailored to the individual needs of young trafficking victims.
