Agency Notice of Funding Opportunity:

This NOFO will support states to improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of juvenile justice system operations by implementing targeted solutions to high-cost drivers of crime and improving youth outcomes. Challenges targeted may include chronic or emerging crime problems, or barriers to justice agencies’ ability to address such problems that make it difficult for communities to ensure the security and safety of their residents and drive improved outcomes for youth in the system. Applicants will identify specific challenges from across the juvenile justice system and prioritize/reprioritize allocation of scarce resources to support actionable and measurable solutions that prevent and respond to crime, address cost-drivers, and improve strategic and tactical system operations that improve youth outcomes.
